FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is always negotiable and the reason why I say it's always negotiable because once I talk to you on the phone with the phone consultation even though we have may have it set a price through Thumbtack sometimes the pricing changes based on the information that's been giving and that's why the phone consultation is so important so me thrown out a generic number is just a peak your interest, but if you really want to find out what it's going to cost it is important that we have a conversation so that I can find out what your needs are and I can price things more accordingly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
phone consultation with all questions are answered followed by making sure our parties are in agreement for what is required to make the event a success followed by a contract sent by email at which the parties get to look over all that was discussed and if you're happy with it then the deposit is made and the contract is guaranteed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
for 15 years as a teenager and young kid I carry six different DJs equipment records was taught to play their records for different venues and events all the rest of my experience comes to listen to my customers over the years this the customer serving business and if you're not about making the customer which is those on the dance floor as well as the party holds happy then this isn't the business for you.
