I separated my shoulder playing softball and ended up going to urgent care where they were able to tell me that I separated my AC joint. It wasn’t serious enough to require surgery but they did recommend physical therapy. When I went to see Noah he was able to do some range of motion tests on me and show me what kind of exercises I could do to strengthen the surrounding muscles so I could heal up properly. I am an avid golfer so I was worried about how it would affect me the following season. Noah showed me some stretches like the pendulum stretch and some wall climbing exercises to help with mobility and flexibility. I stuck with his program and did everything he said and by the time the golf season came around I couldn’t even tell I had injured my shoulder. I highly recommend going to see Noah for anything that requires physical therapy. He was great to work with and his availability was early and often.
