I am Susie Marsh, LBSW and I bring lots of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the organizing work I do with my clients! I bring functionality and mindfulness to your spaces and help you keep what you love and let go of those items that no longer serve you. I offer a judgement free decluttering & organizing experience! Plan of Action Assessments provided to guide us on the organization journey or if you want to DIY. Have a large project? I can provide a team of experienced organizers to do the work. Pricing package discounts offered and senior discount available! I am an insured, trained & experienced Professional Organizer (17+ years) and Licensed Social Worker (35+ years)! NAPO member since 2008. Active with NAPOMichigan since 2013! I follow the best practices and code of ethics for the professional organizing field. I hold a Residential Specialist certificate, am a Golden Circle member & ICD subscriber holding level 1 certificates of study in Aging, ADHD, Life Transitions and Hoarding. I also offer speaking services with topics such as decluttering, downsizing, organizing 101 and chronic disorganization challenges. I work all throughout West Michigan and beyond! Susie provides top notch organization services. Susie is a great communicator and has a great collaborative work style. She worked well on her own and with others. She is both hard working and talented as it relates to organization. Susie's efficiency was impressive. Susie also had a network of resources to tap into with related matters. I have already hired her 3 more times she is that good. The project was cleaning out a 2,600 sq foot home of my late parents.

I met Susie in 2011, when she began working with my family. All 4 of us have ADHD and Susie created systems that we have continued for 10 years. Miraculously, the organizational skills he taught my children have sustained and the have very tidy bedrooms.
