- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cleaners that you talk to do not include certain items in their pricing. It is quite common for pricing to not include the outside of your kitchen cabinets, the outside of your bathroom cabinets, your baseboards, your ceiling fans, and other items... With us these items are part of our standard of service. If you are looking for QUALITY cleaning then contact us and we would be glad to help you out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know you and your needs first. Our customers are treated like they were old friends from high school and several have been with us for years. We ask for feedback from you to make sure we are meeting your needs and do our best to cater our service to meet your desires.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We care about our service. This is a family run business that feeds our family, pays our bills, and allows us to go to baseball games, and all the other fun stuff that anyone wants to do. So... we take this seriously. We want to do a good job and we want to make you happy and make sure you feel that you are getting a good job.
