I gotta say, I know many people who are good at things, so it's not easy to impress me. However, this guy is UNBELIEVABLE..!! He showed up by himself at 11 am., got started on a floor job consisting of underlayment and laminate boards over a 400 Sq. Ft. area. I told him if he didnt finish it that day it was okay. He just smiled..! Then, 3 hours later he called o say he'd be all done in 15 minutes. I was STUNNED..! I've done this myself before and upon a close look to check it, I was MORE STUNNED. The work he did was perfect everywhere I looked and I woukd swear that he has a dozen minions in his pocket, because I've never seen anyone do it so well and do fast. My hats off to you, Jorgo, and I will certainly be having him do more. His price was very fair, and he is a Beast when it comes to doing it amazingly fast with beautiful quality.

Contacted JDB VERY last second (about two days before move-in) with the ENTIRE house (roughly 850-900 sq. ft.) needing to be done, including the areas I tried to do myself. Not only did he and his partner get it done in less than a day and a half, but they both got it done beautifully. They did a wonderful job despite all challenges (timeframe, multiple rooms, not completely level floor, several angular cuts, and different sized luxury vinyl). I would HIGHLY recommend hiring JDB - not only is his price the best in the area, but he does a fantastic job in a very short timeframe. Hire him!
