I contacted Condor Heating through Thumbtack, and they sent a technician the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a thorough inspection of my heater. He gave me valuable feedback on whether to replace the gas valve or consider a new heater since mine is from 2009. They also provided a detailed quote and explanation via email. I really appreciated how they worked with me, explained my options clearly, and even waived the service call fee. Brandon came out to take a look at my water heater. He was prompt and professional. It turned out my issue was a plumbing one but he took the time to check my water heater and make sure everything was good with it and was nice enough to get me referred to someone who could help with my issue. Thank you to Brandon for coming out and helping even though it turned out to be another issue. Will definitely be referring condor heating to friends and family!!

CONDOR Heating and Cooling- this is the company you should choose for your next heating/cooling issue. They were honest and fair priced. My elderly mother was having a furnace issue in these frigid temps and they showed up quickly. Showed me the problem made the repair. Definitely would refer and use again.

We had our furnace blowing only cold air on a Sunday in the middle of January. They had a tech, Chris, at our house within an hour of us reaching out. He figured out the issue pretty much immediately, fixed it, and then cleaned the furnace and checked out our humidifier just to be sure everything was all set. He was very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job of showing us what was causing the problem and what to do if it happens again in the future.
