Brandon came out to take a look at my water heater. He was prompt and professional. It turned out my issue was a plumbing one but he took the time to check my water heater and make sure everything was good with it and was nice enough to get me referred to someone who could help with my issue. Thank you to Brandon for coming out and helping even though it turned out to be another issue. Will definitely be referring condor heating to friends and family!!

We had our furnace blowing only cold air on a Sunday in the middle of January. They had a tech, Chris, at our house within an hour of us reaching out. He figured out the issue pretty much immediately, fixed it, and then cleaned the furnace and checked out our humidifier just to be sure everything was all set. He was very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job of showing us what was causing the problem and what to do if it happens again in the future.

I found this company in one of the discount magazines that come in the mail. I was pleasantly surprised to find out just how much they care about their customers. Peter did the work on my A/C unit, which is very old, and he was worried about the age of it and how it sounded when he was done. He came back with an extra part to help with starting of the unit, at no extra charge. We talked for a while about new units because I don't want to be putting a lot of money into the 30 year old one that I have. You know what they say........once problems start, they're not going to stop. It should be fine for the next couple weeks and I will definitely give them a call next summer if it breaks down again. Thank you Peter and Condor heating and cooling for a job well done.
