Melad and his team truly demonstrate what customer obsession is, their guidance on the phone to try and resolve the matter without charging us a penny to see if the issue goes away speaks to their good will. Since the issue persisted, they made time for us on the same day after hours given our furnace was out and they resolved the issue with their expertise and guidance. We plan on subscribing to their annual maintenance service for heating cooling and water heaters. I whole heartedly highly recommend his team to anyone that lives in the area .

AC compressor was not working. I figured it was the motor. I got in touch with them late Friday and let them know the situation. They talked me through what could be occurring verified with me before they came they had the motor and other parts. When they arrived, they trouble shot the issue and identified it was something other than the motor that was much more cost effective to repair, and talked me through everything they were seeing in a clear and concise manner. Would highly recommend them.

My A/C unit didn’t work after being idle for entire winter. I did call few HVAC contractors. I explained my problem and I didn’t get the feeling that contractors were being honest to me They were trying to tell me that everything is wrong with my A/C unit because it is 20 years old. Finally I talked with Melad with Precise temperature control, he was very upfront and honest and told me most likely it is a simple fix. I hired Melad because of his honesty. Melad came to my house and diagnosed the problem and fixed my A/C unit within 30 minutes We did talk in length about getting a new A/C and furnace sometime in the future since mine is 20 years old. Melad has a very good knowledge of HVAC system I would recommend Melad from Precise temperature control for any of your HVAC needs.
