Please dont think all window replacement Installations are equal. ParkView window crews are truly experts when it comes to windows, siding and trim. We love our new guttters and trim and cant wait for our bay window( with casement windows on each end). I actually know the owner (Phil Park) personally and I promise he is a talented and honest business owner. Do your research before hiring a contractor for home services. There are some great ones out there and then theres some really bad ones.

Philip and his team at Parkview Window did an amazing job with our window install. They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure we understood all parts of the install and why we were getting water inside of our home. I would definitely recommend them!!

I have a lot of good things to say about Parkview. Over the past few months, Phil and his team have completed several projects at my house - new entry doors, windows, siding, gutters and roof. Everything turned out fantastic and Im very happy with the end result. They are not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and the price was fair given the quality of work and materials. They take great pride in their work and doing things correctly - high attention to detail and the little things. To me, the little things are always the difference between a job coming out good and a job coming out great. I highly recommend Parkview.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of promotions and discounts available throughout the year. The amount of discount is typically seasonal (like fall and spring with the most savings ). However, we always offer military, first responder and senior citizen discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the job site location to inspect and measure.95% of the time can leave a written proposal on site. If the customer and company both agree that we are a good fit for each other, then typically we ask for a deposit (unless you are financing), then we start to build the job(behind the scenes stuff, homeowners don't have to worry about) , get materials ordered and schedule install. We are well known for having a solid installation process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Variety of certificates, awards and achievements plus over 30 years experience. To mention some, we are a preferred contractor via Anderson & Pella Windows. We are an Owens Corning and CertainTeed Roofing Preferred Contractor & consistently ranked #1 in Northern Macomb and Oakland County for window installation.
