BEWARE. This is a scam. “Corky” showed up an hour late with his “guy” to give me an estimate to reseal leaks on the roof of my sunroom addition. Next, the “guy” (because Corky is the mouthpiece, but very obviously not a worker based on his clothes) gets on the roof and spends a few minutes taking pictures. Corky texts me the pictures. , Although the areas in the pictures may need repair, they were not the places I knew the water was coming in. They COMPLETELY misdiagnosed the problem, to the extent Corky could explain it.
Corky told me it would be $1500 to do “the work,” which he struggled to explain. I asked about sealing the seams…he said, “oh yeah, I forgot that, he’s (not we) gonna do that too. He said the work would take 30 minutes to do…have you ever had roof repairs done in 30 minutes at $3k an hour? This was the third estimate for this work. The prior were between $500-700 and would take a morning.
After I told Corky my husband and I would pass, then he said there was a “fee” for him coming out…never mentioned this fee previously. Also no mention of a fee for estimates in the company profile. In fact, he NEVER even mentioned the amount of the fee. Just said that I owed him “something” because “nothing is free in America.” Actually sir, home repair estimates are usually free when done by professionals.
Then he called me repeatedly and sent the attached texts.
DO NOT HIRE.

B&froofing&tuckpointing did a great job putting a new roof on our house! They had good color selection, were very professional, completed the house and barn in two days, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!
