I have been wanting to change the color of my kitchen cabinets for about a year. This is a new build townhouse that I purchased in 2020 but I was not happy with the color selection for the kitchen - it was just too dark. I am new to Thumbtack and was really hesitant to hire someone to paint my cabinets without a direct referral from someone I knew but I wasn’t having any luck. I saw BGBG listed, read the reviews, saw pictures and it appeared that they did quality work. I submitted my request for an estimate and Robert responded in about an hour. I took pictures of my kitchen and uploaded them and we talked on the phone about what I was looking for. Once I was comfortable, I scheduled a time and he was able to fit me in sooner than he thought (that following week). He provided me with a timeline, clearly explained what the job would entail, the times he would be in my home and when I could expect the job to be completed. He sent me a professional estimate answered all of my questions and kept me informed of when he was in route to my house. Robert was so nice and so professional and didn’t give me a side eye when I asked about 113 questions. He offered advice with my color selection and made the process so easy and stress free. He finished on time, exactly as he described and the end result was amazing. I am so happy with my cabinets (they were a dark gray and are now a tinted white). The space feels so much brighter and larger. I also met his brothers, who were equally kind and professional. Happy that I was able to support a family business, the work was phenomenal and I will hire again if I have anymore painting needs. I didn’t take before and after pictures yet (I am also getting new countertops) but I will upload before and after soon. Side note, the app wouldn’t let me add all 5 options of what I liked best, but I would have also included value and punctuality.

Lately it takes a while to find a good reliable person or company to do quality work. They contacted me right away, quote the same day and even followed up with me several times, helping me choose a paint color, available the day I requested and on time. Oh and they were in and out in about two hours. Very respectable brothers. Oh and they fixed my sons bedroom door, painted boarders even though that was not apart of the original quote at no charge.... Thanks again guys... I will be contacting them again soon.

BGBG painting showed up at my house at 7am. Finished TWO ROOMS with TWO COATS by the time I got home from work by 3pm. Extremely timely, professional, and fixed three areas of concern in the walls, which I was unaware of - without additional charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From the beginning these brothers were very prompt with returning messages. Their communication was superb. They are very affordable and their work is impeccable. This company did an amazing job on my house! It literally looks brand new !!! They were all very professional and I must say they are all very hard workers. When I brought up a few concerns before any paining was done he assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of, and that they were ! They were on time each day and they communicated very quickly. If your looking to get your house painted I would highly recommend this company! BGBG Custom Paiting!!!Great job guys !!!!!
