- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 2% discount to clients that pay their full invoice anytime before halfway point of project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients either by phone or in person. If the work is significant, we prefer to visit in person to discuss the scope of the work to be performed. This allows us to give a more accurate estimate, rather than just giving out a blanket amount which may not benefit our client.
