- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss payment options and meeting frequency, along with any expectations you might have...Everyone will sign a risk and liability waiver form...Training clients are required to complete the Fitness Evaluation before beginning sessions...This includes comprehensive testing and discussion...You will receive a copy of your results and a customized program at your 1st training session... Health Coaching is similar, but has many other variables...You can negotiate what type of schedule and services you require (in-person meetings, phone or online coaching).
