The Great Lakes Team were a godsend. They were extremely responsive during the coordination process, professional, prompt to the location, extremely professional, and two of the nicest people I could have ever worked with. They arrived with an additional trailer just in case of any complications with measurements or size, and they were very transparent with pricing. I had a set amount for the job and they were very accommodating, up to the point where they simply just ran out of space. They were super cautious to not damage anything or scrape any walls, and what not let me lift a finger. When they found valuables in the junk, they were courteous enough to circle back and make sure they were things I wanted to get rid of. They even cleaned the basement, which was not even the service area. They did not stop working until everything was cleared and secured in the trailer. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Prices are quoted based on labor and volume of our trailer filled. The best price is to fill the trailer all the way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive your work order request. We can give a quote over the phone or in person. We show up onsite and leave our trailer for you to load or we take the items for you right then and there.
