I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestions based on input. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning has always been a passion of mine. I’m a bit of a protectionist, and enjoy clean uncluttered spaces! I find joy in being able to provide that to my clients. Business continued to grow and in 2018 we became Revive Housekeeping! We believe in taking care of our providers, so they are compelled to take care of our clients!
