- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Richard's Handyman Services, we believe in transparency when it comes to pricing. We provide upfront FREE estimates and always communicate any additional costs before starting work. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are fully aware of the costs involved and can make informed decisions about the work they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come and inspect your project and get you a free estimate. Once you agree, we schedule the job and you pay only when you are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Known for my reliability and attention to detail, I have built a loyal client base. My work includes carpentry, painting, custom home improvements, and general home maintenance. I also volunteer my services to help seniors and low-income families, as well as mentoring younger tradespeople. Outside of work, I love camping and spending time with family. My dedication to quality craftsmanship and service has made me a respected and trusted figure in my community.
