- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $139 service call for those that pay cash. This service includes a complete onsite diagnosis, safety inspection, preventative maintenance and repair without parts. If we need to return with parts, there is no return service call fee, simply $99 labor for one hour. I am licensed, insured and experienced. We do not provide moving services at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's always our goal to save the customer $$ by diagnosing properly the first time. Time spent on the phone with the customer ahead of the visit helps us to be prepared. We're able to get you on the calendar within 2 weeks of initial contact. Please provide the brand and model # of your exercise equipment to help give you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained and certified in a major brands of commercial exercise equipment over the past 25 years. As the most experienced commercial exercise equipment service provider in Metro Detroit, I provide years of experience in all makes and models.
