FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two pricing structures: 1. A Flat fee for a one time Personal Financial Plan. Or 2. An annual fee for Investment Management and ongoing an Advisory relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very detailed process for working with a new client. This process is carried out in a three step process. 1. Discover / Get to Know Each other - This is our initial meeting where I get to know you, and you get to know me. We will discuss what is on your mind, and how I can help you. 2. If we decide it is a good fit, and I can indeed help you. We would move forward to step two which is the Financial Planning Phase 1. This is where I would need a deeper dive of your finances, and your goals. We would work together to construct a personal financial plan that is holistic and incorporates all aspects of your financial picture 3. The last step if we enter into a professional relationship is the ongoing advisor relationship, and making sure that our Financial Plan is always up to date. This is a long term relationship of done correctly. Any other questions on this please let me know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Retirement Planner, as well as an Independent Fiduciary. I have worked in Financial Planning for over 10 years, and I have seen it all.
