- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing. The last thing we want is inconsistency in our pricing. We do offer discounts and they change periodically. As of 2/1/25, we are offering a 10% off promo for all new customers who book our services online via Thumbtack.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A skilled electrician will arrive on-site to evaluate the services that have been requested. In addition, we preform an electrical safety inspection that is complementary. We want to ensure that we leave your home safe and our customers well informed of any potential issues. Once that is completed and work has been authorized, we usually complete services the same day unless there are special materials that need to be ordered or the service will require a longer appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians are certified and licensed journeymen through the state of Michigan. We also have electricians who hold our Electrical Contractors Lic. as well as our Master Electrician Lic.
