Landmark Electric updated my 50 year old fluorescent kitchen lighting. Shawn listened to what I wanted & then he suggested a few different options with measurements & photos & let me choose. My kitchen is so much brighter now that the 50% working flourescent overhead light has been replaced with modern LED corner lights!

I ended up melting my main breaker fuse due to an error on my part, was without power in my older townhouse until I reached out to Landmark. My townhouse has developed 'electrical ghosts' and quirks from people attempting their own wiring, and it posed a risk. Landmark recommended an upgraded panel and to move it to a location away from my inlet for water services. I've been wanting an upgrade to help lead towards doing a remodel, and was told this was an essential first step towards that goal. Very happy with the service from Landmark!!

Shawn was awesome. He arrived within the given time frame and took a look at our outlet and found that the previous homeowners and/or their electrician had disconnected the grounding wire when the dishwasher was installed. He corrected the problem and went to the store to get a brown outlet to match the others in the kitchen. He fixed the issue, and then took an in depth look at another issue I wanted a ballpark estimate for, and completed a full, detailed estimate within minutes. Shawn went above and beyond!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing. The last thing we want is inconsistency in our pricing. We do offer discounts and they change periodically. As of 2/1/25, we are offering a 10% off promo for all new customers who book our services online via Thumbtack.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A skilled electrician will arrive on-site to evaluate the services that have been requested. In addition, we preform an electrical safety inspection that is complementary. We want to ensure that we leave your home safe and our customers well informed of any potential issues. Once that is completed and work has been authorized, we usually complete services the same day unless there are special materials that need to be ordered or the service will require a longer appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians are certified and licensed journeymen through the state of Michigan. We also have electricians who hold our Electrical Contractors Lic. as well as our Master Electrician Lic.
