We had the best experience both times! We ended up selling our last house after it was finally finished. The new house we found had similar issues to our last house. Both the kitchen and bathrooms needed updating. We had the kitchen done this time before we even moved in and will update bathrooms at a later date. I can't speak for the contractors because I wasn't there when the work was done and didn't have much to do with them. However, my project manager kept me up to date along the way. I will definitely be calling them again for bathrooms once we get fully moved in and figure out our design.

My wife and I received multiple quotes for our bathroom projects and were the most pleased with theirs. We appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism from the very beginning. The crew showed up when they said they would be at our home and kept the job site clean. Which was appreciated. Very pleased with the quality of work in all three bathrooms as well. If my wife and I had any questions or concerns, they were handled and answered very promptly.

Bathroom Remodeling Project: We enjoyed our experience working with this company. Their responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to work with the project budget was a breath of fresh air. We have conducted other home projects and have been left disappointed and frustrated with other contractors (unprofessional and shoddy craftsmanship) - luckily we have found a good company to work with this time! Solid communication with the project leads of the company helped propel the project forward. While ultimately happy with the end result of the project, there were a few hiccups along the way and communication with installers on site was sometimes challenging. The project leads were always willing to step in and try to remedy and bring resolution to those hiccups peacefully. Thank you for your professionalism and efforts on our project!

My basement bathroom turned out better than I could have expected. Thank you to the design team for ideas and finishings. All work was completed within the time frame that was estimated, and the quality of work was unmatched. Overall I would highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our pricing. So much so that we offer a price match guarantee. We do not offer “labor only” estimates. Our estimates include all labor and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer signs with us, we work with them on the design and layout of the project. Then we have them work with our design team with their selections, to make sure the end result is going to be exactly what they’re looking for. Typically the design and selection process takes a few weeks. While that is happening, we are working on getting the project scheduled while also working with the customer and their time schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
