- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No misleading or bait and switch tactics. I quote everything up front and honestly so the customer can make an educated decision. 10% Discounts for (ID proof req.)(one discount per transaction) Union members Seniors 55+ Military Students
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a service call, which is $25.00. I can come out an examine all work needing done. If the customer chooses not to have work done they only pay 25.00.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and a perfectionist. I like to make locks that function perfectly.
