- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, a special note: if you're viewing my profile due to a quote you received, I can assure you I am available on your particular date. I keep my business calendar up-to-date. I enjoy delivering an exceptional product to my clients. However I know that 90% of them have more to think about than hiring a DJ. For that reason alone, my pricing and cost sheet is simple to read, and easy to plan out. Standard dance floor lighting is always included (up lighting and fog machine are slightly extra).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a confirmation and booking, I'll setup a face to face to go over all the details of the event from arrival to end. Then I'll continue to coordinate via email and additional personal meetings, if necessary, until all aspects are covered. The objective, as always, is to provide an exceptional experience for my client and his/her guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been DJing professionally for about 15 years now (as of 2024). I've serviced over 750 weddings, and scores of school dances, graduations, anniversaries, and corporate events.
