- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have package pricing that includes what most parties want and also have optional upgrades available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us to schedule an event date we get as much information as possible to make sure we can accommodate their request. If we feel that we are a good fit for their event then we move forward in scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for the largest manufacturer and operator of today's most innovative photo booths since 1995. I have also owned and operated a successful business for the past 18 years.
