FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to give the customer a competitive price for high quality work that will last. This means I sometimes might not be the lowest price, but with my more personal approach and dedication to quality I'll make sure the job is finished to your satisfaction and will last. This gives you the best value for your money in the long term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person when possible and discuss the job details. For smaller jobs I often can give a price and schedule the job at initial meeting, but for larger jobs I will create a detailed estimate (I usually have estimates back to customer in a week). If customer decides to have the job done we schedule it and take a down payment if necessary (generally need 50% payment before work begins and rest due when job is done).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my MI builders licence which requires completing a 60 hour class and passing a two part test of 150+ questions relating to all areas of construction and building laws.
