- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Front Door Housekeeping does have a standard pricing system based on square footage of a home that is used as a guideline, but every home is unique with specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The majority of the time a free home walk through is scheduled to establish what your cleaning needs are and to define how Front Door Housekeeping will fulfill the required duties. Building a relationship is very important at this time so the customer feels comfortable allowing us into their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have experience running businesses and have cleaned for many years. Raising four children was a never ending cleaning marathon. My staff have experience in residential, commercial and even medical buildings cleaning in emergency rooms. By customer request, we do use eco-friendly products. Often we use a floor steamer along with spot hand washing floors.
