#1 Informed and helped to buy all of the materials needed for the job. #2 Aleks was very accommodating to our schedule, my wife and I were very grateful for that as we both have busy schedules #3 The quality of the finished floors were outstanding. Not only did he exceed our expectations but Aleks went above and beyond by processing to do small tasks that we did not ask for like being able to provide the disposing of the pre existing materials removed and the caulking of the baseboards all around the house. The project was only the living room and the laundry room that we got luxury vinyl installed. So he did not have to do anything more yet he did and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I highly recommend Aleks for any projects out there. I will be inquiring his services again and am very happy to find someone like him.

Alex and his team were punctual and worked fast! The large format tile job was complete within three days. I do have some concerns that the grout broke up significantly and though Alex has committed to fixing the broken grout we are 30 days out and he has been unable to accommodate my schedule to correct the problem.

I appreciate your time and patience. I came by today to re-grout the small portion between the porcelain tile. It is all set and done. Grout tends to need 24-72 hours to dry. when walked on before it is set or dried you run the possibility of it prematurely chipping away.
