I am so grateful that one of my coworkers recommended VanNess to do work on a new home of mines. I wanted new tile in my shower, a new toilet initially. Ironically found out that the AC stopped working the day before he was scheduled to start the work. Thankfully he was able to fix that first and then got started right away on the bathroom. Great work! I recommend him to everyone I come in contact, my aunt just had work done on her kitchen sink and couldn’t believe his timing, cleanliness and quality of work! You can tell simply by his demeanor and how he speaks that he is a professional in his line of work and takes pride in his doings.
