So, I was without heat since Saturday. Initially I thought the issue was my thermostat so I contacted an electrician who could not come out until Tuesday. Once he assessed the issue he determined it was my furnace. I contacted Ellie Rae Heating & Cooling, their first appointment was Wednesday or Thursday. Nick was my technician. He completed a few jobs early and saw my ticket showing I had no heat. Nick called me and said if I was home he would come by and have a look at the issue. He was awesome! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, he was professional and gave me follow on instructions to keep my unit running properly. Thank you Nick.
