- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value our Armed Forces and gladly offer a 10% discounts for all of our veterans .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Expect a prompt response time from either myself or my lovely wife to a schedul an in person inspection. Our open lines of communication will make sure you are never left in the dark. Once I'm out meeting you for an inspection I will review the photos and videos of my findings with you and make recommendations on how to move forward. Most projects can have a quote ready for you at the same time as the inspection. When the quote is settled and the contract is signed we will set up the repair as soon as our schedule allows it. Getting your roofing sealed up is a top priority. Once the project is complete I will have photos ready for you to be shared via *****************.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of roof install experience with master installer certification through both GAF and CertainTeed . Addionally I have 5 years of management experience supervising a team of installers .
