- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very reasonable pricing. typically I charge 100 per hour but that ranges depending on the scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I speak with customers to find out exactly what they need done. if possible I will quote them over the phone. but in some cases I have to come out and give an estimate. If the customer is happy with the price and would like the service. the service will be completed and payment will be made at the time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 30 years of experience in the field of electrical work and home lighting installation. most of my experience was picked up doing work in the field not the classroom.
