Showed up on time and worked through what ended up being a pretty complex install with ease. Ran to Lowes a couple times to grab new parts as needed with no complaints (I paid for the parts), and complimented the toilet I chose to have installed. Would definitely recommend and will likely be contacting for more work in the future!

TERRIBLE! This was a referral to Ann Heard for installing two toilets. The two men showed up late and rudely stated they had to drive a long distance. They broke a piece in one of the toilets, left water all over the floors, complained about the tight spaces they had to work in, etc. They had to be called back the following day because the toilet would not stop running. They angrily said it was not their fault and they would try to get by. They would not specify a time. They showed up after I sent an email asking if they would be coming out. Again, they angrily replied "We have other jobs". They showed up around 5:00 p.m. They again, did not clean up behind themselves. They gave a non-working telephone number: 313-808-0273. The caller ID showed a Chicago number (866) 501-5809. They refused to give a business address even after I attempted to offer to give a referral. They charged $427.00.Is this a legitimate company or did they highjack some other legitimate business?
