The technician was very responsive and attentive with correspondence. He installed a few Ring cameras on my property. He made sure everything was setup before leaving. I would hire again, thank you so much!

Brian was very kind, professional, and attentive. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is spot on. Did not rush the job and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll be sure to use Brian again for any TV mounting, lighting/electrical work in the future. Thanks again Brian.

I am absolutely thrilled with how my daughter's TV installation turned out! The installer was friendly, efficient, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to make sure the height and placement were exactly what she wanted and even covered up an ugly fuse box. The price was great, and he brought all of his own tools, which made the process quick and hassle-free. Her wall looks so much better now, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’d happily use their services again and recommend them to anyone!

The installation was clean, efficient, and the system works great. Highly recommend Northstar Services for anyone looking for reliable camera installation!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So when it comes to pricing, it depends on the job. usually a basic installation I can give a quote by phone, or I'll come out to assess the project in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
it starts with the customer deciding what kind of work they need done, they contact us to set up a free estimate, we come look at the job and help the customer with any question/advise, and finally we give our quote. if the customer is satisfied, we then set up a time to begin work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Randolph Volcational school is where I studied electronics, and got my training from Direct TV, Dishnet Work, Comcast, ADT, and Guardian Alarm.
