- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, in keeping with the market in the area, while simultaneously doing excellent management work specifically targeting Detroit residents and the specific talent that it takes to satisfy both the owner and any and all tenants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we like to get a good understanding of what the client needs are as we ll as their goals. This allows our team to hone in on those areas first. 2. Next we make sure our clients understand what we bring to the table in terms of managing their properties. We want our clients to know that we stand out from the competition in key areas such as: Response time to inquiries from customers, cost of maintenance and frequency of maintenance orders, ability to collect rents from difficult tenants. 3. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of a team with over 20 years of Property Management experience. Property maintenance and home improvement was the family business for over 70 years. Our staff is composed of native Detroiter's who understand the City and its people very well. This gives us a keen insight into managing properties in this unique environment.
