My rates are $70\Hour on weekdays and $80\Hour on weekends. No charge for travel to your pickup location within 25 miles of SOUTHFIELD MI. Booking must be paid in full in advance of your trip. However, if during the ride you would like to extend your time, and I'm available, you may pay for those extra hours, safely and securely, right in the vehicle with Square (Tap-to-pay, EMV Chip cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle). You may also use this method to add a tip at the end of your ride. You will receive a digital receipt with your payment.

Any rides exceeding the agreed upon time will be pro-rated by the half hour. For example, if you go over your time by 30 minutes or less, you'll only be charged $35 on weekdays or $40 on weekends. Any ride lasting over 30 minutes over the quoted time will be charged for each additional hour, $70 on weekdays, $80 on weekends. No charge for my travel to your pickup location within 25 miles of Southfield, MI. Maximum 6 passengers.

THERE WILL BE A $250 CLEANING FEE ASSESSED IF THERE IS ANY MESS THAT NEEDS PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE INCURRED WILLFULLY OR DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
I reserve the right to end the ride at any time if I feel my passengers or my safety is in question, or if someone is being belligerent. If I have to do this, you will receive a refund of the remaining time on your ride. If I have to cancel for any reason and you have already made a payment, you will be refunded in full. These situations are extremely rare. I do my absolute best to honor confirmed bookings. I hold myself to the highest standards regarding my schedule. However, life can happen at any time without warning. I want customers to be aware of my policy.
All rides are video and audio recorded by dash cam for everyone's safety. Recordings are on a 24 hour loop and, unless a safety-related incident occurs, are deleted after your ride is completed.
The day of your ride you will receive a text containing a link to view my location in real time.
I operate on a first-come, first-served basis regarding my schedule. I will confirm your time slot and reservation as soon as full payment is made.
I accept most any form of payment EXCEPT cash, check, or money order. Thumbtack accepts payments for me through the Thumbtack app with your credit or debit card. I can also invoice you via Square where you can use a Debit\Credit\ACH. Or you can pay with Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc. If there's one I don't have I'll try to accommodate. I also accept Credit & Debit cards in person via Square (Tap, EMV Chip, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) to safely and securely pay for additional time above and beyond the original booking, and to add a tip.
OVERTIME POLICY
BOOKINGS 8 HOURS OR LESS ARE BILLED AT $70\HR FOR WEEKDAYS, AND $80\HR FOR WEEKENDS. AFTER 8 HOURS, TIME WILL START BEING BILLED AT $105\HR FOR WEEKDAYS, AND $120\HR FOR WEEKENDS.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
24 HOURS NOTICE IS POLITELY REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU CANCEL FEWER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
