At the last minute, I contacted several cleaning companies for assistance in scheduling a cleaning of my mom’s house. Sparkle & Shine Residential Cleaning LLC promptly responded to my inquiry, and their representative was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The next day, Corinne came out for an assessment of the home to ensure she provided an accurate estimate for the cleaning. The price she quoted was fair, and based on her reviews, she came highly recommended. The following day, she showed up with two additional cleaners to help with this cleaning project. I cannot express enough how amazing they were. They listened to our necessities when they arrived and immediately got to work. The space looked amazing, and my mom was delighted with their attention to detail. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

I am thrilled with the work that Sparkle & Shine did to my home! Corinne was very professional and I appreciated her doing a walkthrough of my house to quote properly prior to scheduling the cleaning. She not only met my needs but went above and beyond my expectations like dusting the outside of my fireplace, cleaning my couch and I love the way my kitchen sinks and cabinets look! She even took the light bulbs out of my kitchen island lights to properly clean them. My husband and I have been ooooing and aahing at her work all night and I look forward to hiring her again.

Sparkle & Shine provides does a great job! We initially had them out for a deep cleaning, and Corinne came out in advance to quote properly and get an understanding of what we were hoping to see. We've had them back now twice for more routine cleanings, and they truly make our space look so much better. Corinne communicates very well for any additional items she notices, such as a shower caddy creating some rust (she was able to clean it and also recommended a solution going forward!). We send our pup to daycare while the team is here and almost don't want to pick him up after so we can enjoy our fur-free home for a little longer! I highly recommend Sparkle & Shine for anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Fee will be applied to appointments made using the Instant Booking Option here on Thumbtack. Fee will be applied to appointments made without a walkthrough consultation. Fee applied to all homes with pets. We have a loyalty points program for repeat customers. Ask for details!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend scheduling a walkthrough/consultation prior to the first cleaning to get a clear understanding of the potential clients’ needs and see the condition of the property. Estimates for services and appointment availability are given at the end of the walkthrough.
