- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning, assuring clients we are on their side is important. Also providing them with the tools to assemble their documentation and educating them on the process is important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Accounting from Central Michigan University, I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. To maintain my licensed status, I complete in excess of 45 continuing education hours per year.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My typical client is married with 2 or more children, itemizes and may have a small business on the side. I also work with Small business owners in the areas of Tax Planning and Compliance
