- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty straight-forward. However, it is based on what you’re looking for and at times we cannot provide flat rates on requests that need customization. Typically we like to obtain some information on exactly what you are looking for from us as your event planners, and provide base pricing from that. One of the things we pride ourselves on is being able to work with clients on ALL financial levels. We work with budgets high and low so just connect with us and we'll do our best to provide you with affordable quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a free 30 min phone consultation to determine the needs of our clientele. After the consultation and the logistics form is reviewed, we sit down and draw up a preliminary quote for service. We'll then review the quote in detail with the client and make any adjustments necessary to meet their needs and budgetary constraints.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Some of our lead specialists have been working in their perspective fields for more than 15 years. Starting off in managing huge celebrity events to small intimate weddings.
