• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I generally do flat fees so that the client knows exactly what they are paying and he/she has no surprises later on. I also will beat any other attorney's price.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I listen to the client's issues and try to come up with a solution, including plan of attack toward that solution. There is more than one way to skin a cat, and there are several ways to approach a legal and/or criminal matter. I give the client all the options, complete with my advice on which approach to take. It is always, in the end, the client's decision as to which road we will take on the matter.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a University of Michigan graduate. I have a law degree (Juris Doctorate) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). I have been a lawyer for over 28 years.
