- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case has many variables so this can be challenging until we speak. My prices are not "cheap"--they are fair based on the experience I bring and my commitment to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you hire me, you speak to me directly from the first point of contact until the end. I walk you and or your family or loved one through the entire process. I am very directly and honest about what you are dealing with and what I think a realistic outcome is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a legal degree and have been in practice in Criminal Defense matters for over 20 years.
