Juan at Perfection 1st was a great hire. The job ended up going a little long, but overall we are very happy with the results. For reference, he helped us by framing, drywalling, painting, building a closet, and his associate put in 4 outlets and a light. The project was estimated at 2 weeks, took 2 weeks and 3 days. He could have rushed and got it done in 3 less days, but instead he explained that he wouldn't be satisfied with less than perfect and we wouldn't either. For anyone looking for a kind, friendly, professional contractor for work should go with Perfection 1st.

I bought a historic home in December 2022 and hired Juan to paint the entire first floor. Along the way I kept adding projects and it turned into a 3-week list of painting, carpentry, electrical and more. Juan was great about being flexible and helping me.
