I cannot say enough positive things about Juan and his team! Professional, prompt and they did an awesome job removing a large wall in my kitchen and installing my new wood floors! (Also some small projects like drywalling etc..) Juan is honest, extremely knowledgeable and his authenticity shines through in everything he does! Highly recommend!

Juan at Perfection 1st was a great hire. The job ended up going a little long, but overall we are very happy with the results. For reference, he helped us by framing, drywalling, painting, building a closet, and his associate put in 4 outlets and a light. The project was estimated at 2 weeks, took 2 weeks and 3 days. He could have rushed and got it done in 3 less days, but instead he explained that he wouldn't be satisfied with less than perfect and we wouldn't either. For anyone looking for a kind, friendly, professional contractor for work should go with Perfection 1st.

I bought a historic home in December 2022 and hired Juan to paint the entire first floor. Along the way I kept adding projects and it turned into a 3-week list of painting, carpentry, electrical and more. Juan was great about being flexible and helping me. Historic homes require extra special care and Juan and Dustin went the extra mile. I love how my home turned out!!
