- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge$95/hour. This includes installation, design consultation for placement of pictures, supplies, and local travel. When traveling to sites outside of a 30 mile radius from my home, I charge an additional 55 cents per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn the details of the job and schedule appointments via phone, text, email or Thumbtack messenger. I give a professional assessment before finalizing with customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience in the picture framing industry. I was a member of the Professional Picture Framers Association, as well as a National Board Member. During that time I owned a custom picture framing shop. I have a Bachelor of Arts.
