Erik responded first to my request and arrived on time, after giving me a thirty mine warning, which I appreciate. Unfortunately the problem with my washing machine not draining still wasn’t resolved, so he needed to return. He came back this morning first thing and has completely repaired my washer. He was polite, and professional. He did not leave the doors open. A pet peeve of mine. I will hire him again.
