- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General rate is $55/hour for home organizing or Decluttering and $60/hour form decorating which starts once we have discussed and agreed on the job. Discounts for larger jobs may be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted we will discuss your basic needs and goals for the job by phone or email. If you’d like to move forward, depending on the job I will either ask for recent pictures, FaceTime with you or an on-site estimate may be offered, as needed. A minimum of a one hour fee will be charged for any on site estimate unless the job is started that day. If estimate and job are done in the same day the estimate will simply be added into the hourly rate for the entire job. If you are undecided about how to move forward and simply would like an on site consult I will be happy to come to your home to consult with a minimum of a two hour fee. It is the customer’s choice if they would like further services from there. After speaking with you and assessing the job I can email or text you a written estimate before starting the job, so you have in writing what to expect an ensure it’s what you want. You do not need to be present during the process but must be accessible for input. If supplies such as bins or shelving are needed, I will show you the suggested product and inform how and where to purchase it. You may purchase on your own or I can and costs are built into the price of the job.
