Jason is wonderful to work with. He is very personable, explains each step, welcomes any questions and wants the customer to be secure with his work. Once the inspection was done, he took me through all items and best practices on repairs. I highly recommend this company.

As an Architectural Designer, I was impressed how Jason was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home and able to answer any questions I had, especially when it came to my initial concerns about the house pre-inspection. I would use again in a heartbeat.

I rarely leave reviews but Jason did a phenomenal job inspecting my first home purchase. He exceeded my expectations 10 fold and was cheaper than most of the other inspectors I was looking at. Jason was very informative and was able to explain everything so even a novice like me could understand. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was and how comfortable I feel after the inspection because I definitely know I chose the right guy.

Highly recommended! This was the most comprehensive inspection I've ever had. Having a person who can explain how to fix the issues was priceless. I would probably have given up on this house because of the radon problem he found, but it was actually only $600 to fix.
