Introduction

At HDX Home Inspections we offer great customer service as well as full digital reports sent at the completion of your inspection. We are fully insured and provide dozens of photos in every one of our reports. We are based in Southeast Michigan but are willing to travel to several areas to meet your needs. We are affiliated with ASHI and InterNACHI. We are fully insured with proper E&O and general liability coverages. We offer general home inspection services but also do environmental testing such as radon, mold, air and water quality. Ask us about doing a healthy home inspection to make sure your property is safe from airborne contaminants.

Chris was early for appointment which was great. He was Very thorough. He took his time and inspect everything. He was able to catch every little detail which I really appreciate it. Working with HDX was a wonderful experience. Chris went above and beyond with his thoroughness and attention to detail. He even worked with us to help arrange for a plumber to come out at the same time and carry out a service he didn’t provide. After the inspection he stuck around to answer the many questions we had for him. His detailed report was in my inbox an hour after we left. Would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for an inspector.

Chris was great to work with. Responded right away and had great communication. He was extremely thorough and even though I couldn’t be there for the inspection his report was so thorough and complete with photos that I felt I was fully informed about the property.
