- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the process I will: *Schedule an initial consultation, which can be conducted in person or via video conference, depending on the customer's preferences and location. *During the consultation, actively listen to the customer's needs, goals, and pain points related to organization. *Take notes and photographs to document the current state of the space. *Discuss your approach, including the timeline, the number of sessions required, and your pricing structure. Professional Organizing - services include: Light cleaning of the designated area before starting work. Decluttering to create a more organized and functional space. Purging of old and unnecessary items to free up space and reduce clutter. Shopping for necessary items if the client doesn't have time to purchase them. Arranging donations for items removed during the project, ensuring they find a new purpose. Including organizational labels as part of the projects that require labeling for easy identification. Flexibility in scheduling, as the client does not necessarily need to be present during the project execution; my team and I can handle the implementation efficiently.
