We had an emergency electrical situation on a Sunday. I reached out to Mark, and although he was on another job, he responded expeditiously. He was very communicative, was able to quote a price before coming out, and kept us updated with his arrival time. When he arrived, I noticed Mark was very organized and well prepared.
