- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor and the needed equipment. This is efficient for our customers; they are only being charged for services rendered, based on their scope of work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its best to visually see and inspect the tree and ascertain the end result the customer is wanting to obtain. We put together a game plan based on the scope of work their requesting, coupled with the end result they want to accomplish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Forestry classes with Michigan Tech and Purdue. We routinely attend continuing education classes offered within our industry providers as well- International Tree Care Industry, Vermeers, Sherrill's, Consumers Energy, Miss Dig, Bartlett's- to name a few. We have a consulting ASA accredited arborist as well.
