- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the notarization process as simple and convenient as possible. Typically, I’ll start by discussing your notary needs, confirming the type of document, and reviewing any required identification. We’ll then arrange a time and location that works best for you, either at my location in Rockford or I can travel to you. Once we meet, I’ll verify your ID, complete the notarization, and answer any questions you may have. Payment is collected at the time of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Michigan since 2020. I stay up to date on Michigan notary laws and best practices to ensure a smooth and accurate signing experience. In addition to my notary commission, I have completed training on proper notarization procedures, document handling, and customer service to provide professional and reliable service.
