- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% deposit to lock in a scheduled project start date. 50% of remaining balance due at scheduled start date. Remaining balance, work change orders, and any additional job costs and any unforseen material costs to complete project due at job completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation, text, or email. This process sets up a meet and greet to look at the project at hand. After a meeting is scheduled, we give a free, no obligation on site consultation... we then email a direct quote to the customer in 5-7 business days and leave it up to our customers to initiate the next step. From the moment we let our customers know a quote was sent it is completely up to them on how they would like to pursue the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our Builder's License! So we took that course. We have our RRP Certification for Lead Safe work practices. We constantly read trade books and magazines and communicate with other professionals in the trades. We take certification classes from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. We utilize my contracting reps continuously. We go to expos and demonstrations throughout the year to learn about new techniques, equipment, and products!
