- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project based upon the specific needs and the estimated time of project. We conduct a needs assessment when visiting your home so that we are able to provide you with the best estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our interior design projects, we have a professional 15-step process that from start to finish ensures that your project is completed on time and within budget. We communicate with our clients throughout project so that there are no surprises. For our staging services, pricing depends on whether the home is occupied or vacant. Other items effecting an estimate is how many personal items of the owner(s) has to be cleared away, how many rooms are being staged, whether we are working with what the client has in home currently or if accessories/furniture will have to be rented, and other factors. We conduct a thorough inspection of your home to see what will best suit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fantabulous Interiors is the only CSP (Certified Staging Professional) in the Metro Detroit area. Staging is a serious undertaking with the objective being to sell your home quickly and for the highest profit. There is an art and methodology to successful staging and we can make it work for you. I am also a Certified Color Consultant and a Certified Residential Renovation Project Manager so I we have the knowledge, skills and experience to not only prepare your existing home for sell but to also create a beautiful space for your new home. We can be your stager and interior designer!
